BURY THE PAST

Dear One,

Forgive means to release. So to release the past from your memory means to forgive the past. That is really not a hard thing to do when you consider that nothing can be done to change the past except to forgive offenses from the past and release them. When you do that, then the events and the offending people have no control over you, only if you let them back in by reliving the offenses.
People talk about fearing "ghosts from the past." Actually there is a truth to that saying because you give life to the past by reliving it in your mind. When you relive it, you actually invite the demonic spirits who were responsible for the offence to revisit you, bringing their same devastation back into your life.
However, when you forgive everything from the past, you refuse to resuscitate the enemy spirits, shutting the door on their ability to minister their destructive temptations and activities again, and they can't trap you again by causing you to relive the past and relive the hurts again and again.
Forgive the people and refuse to go back and relive damaging events from the past. It is sadistic when you continue to injure yourself by reliving unpleasant events. The person who originally instigated the offense is responsible for the first time, but when you relive it you are responsible for each successive time by reliving it
People often say to bury the past. That is an appropriate saying because you only bury the dead, so if you forgive and release the past you are deeming it dead. Don't resurrect the dead past with its devastation.
Forget all that is past and look with eager expectation to your wonderful future, keeping your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith who is building you a wonderful future, full of blessings.

RETURN GOOD FOR EVIL

Dear One,

I offered valuable advice to My children when I told them to not be overcome with evil but to overcome evil with good.. If you trust My wisdom, that advice should convince you that good will always overcome evil or I would not have told you that nugget of insight. You must realize that I would never have told you that truth if good did not overcome evil every time. It is a spiritual fact, a spiritual surety, a spiritual law.
What frequently happens is that evil will often overcome My children. That happens when you yield to temptations sent by evil spirits who entice you into giving in to indulgences, hated, anger, strife, envy, drunkenness, jealousy and other spirits from hell. But if you will, instead, yield to My power inside of you, the Spirit of Truth, then you have the spiritual ability to overcome all temptations.
Also, when a person comes at you with evil intent, whether with accusations, injurious words or mean actions, you can overcome all of those by returning good actions which can be delivered through loving words or gracious acts. You will see the evil intent in the other person shrink away like the coward that it is.
I would not have told you to overcome evil with good if I did not know that good will always overcome evil. It's a spiritual law. It's like putting fire out with a mountain of water. When you refuse to return evil for evil, the evil in the other person must yield to the good in you.
Trust Me, it will happen.

THE ROAD OF BELIEF

Dear One,

To believe Me is to rely on Me to supernaturally provide for you in some area of your life. As belief increases, you begin to rely upon me to provide for you in other areas and then eventually in all areas of your life.
It is impossible for Me to provide for My children unless they believe in Me and believe in My provisions and My ability to provide.
When you believe that it is My will to heal you and you believe in My supernatural ability to heal, then you will open yourself up to Me for My healing to be manifested in whatever effective way I determine.
The same principle applies to all of My provisions, prosperity, peace, joy, wisdom, success, knowledge, freedom from the bondage of addiction and all other areas where there is lack apparent in your human dimension.
Unbelief works under the same principle. However, it refuses My provisions because the road is blocked through which My provisions can travel from heaven to earth. I never block the road. It is always blocked by your unbelief.
Belief firmly connects you to Me, thus clearing the road from the heavenly dimension to the earthly dimension. Angels travel back and forth on that road of Belief to bring My provisions to you.
Keep the road of Belief clear by declaring , "My God will provide all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

PERSONAL TUTOR

Dear One,
Children love to sit and listen to their parents and other elders tell stories. The elders try to weave life principles into the stories that the children need to learn.
When I told those types of stories through Jesus they were called parables. Those parables pertained to areas of life that people could easily understand.
I am still speaking in parables to My children when I demonstrate principles of My Kingdom to each individual child of mine through his or her private tutor, the Holy Spirit. I explain things in a way that only you can understand because of your experiences, your personality and your background.
Jesus said of the Holy Spirit, "When the Counselor comes He will guide you into all truth."
Jesus said that because he could only speak parables to the outer ear of a man to teach My principles, but that He would send the Holy Spirit to live within men and He would write My words on the heart of every man who submits His mind for the instructions.
The words that My Holy Spirit uses were called "mighty" by Jesus because He can individualize every truth, every word of wisdom, every word of knowledge, every insight and every word of truth to every individual in a personal way that only that person can completely understand.
Every word spoken by My Holy Spirit to a person is personal. Because it is personal it has great worth to each person and it frees him from mental, physical and spiritual bondage.
My words to you are still spirit and life. They come to you through My Spirit within you, and they teach and train and guide you by My instructions in ways to live the most wonderful life that you can only imagine right now.
Don't seek to hear ABOUT Me. Seek to hear FROM Me through the Holy Spirit's wonderful, wise, individualized words to you. He knows how to explain all of My ways and truths to you so that you can understand. He is a wonderful teacher. You can have hour by hour, minute by minute, second by second instructions from Me through My Holy Spirit and you will find joy, peace, and love far above what you can dare think or imagine.

THANKSGIVING GESTURES

Dear One,
You experience overflowing joy when you see answers to prayers.
When you don't see answers to prayers you can have overflowing joy because you know that the answer is on the way and you rejoice in that knowledge.
When you rejoice before you see the results, you are declaring your confidence in Me and in the outcome of your requests.
Thanksgiving is a welcoming gesture to the answers to your prayers, calling things that are not as though they were. Then they become evident and there is even greater rejoicing.

SPIRITUAL ELIXIRS

Dear One,
In the earth a parent who refuses to provide food for his children is charged with neglect and abuse.
I am not neglectful and I am not abusive. I provide fresh, nutritious spiritual food for My children in the form of words that feed your soul.
I told you that when the Holy Spirit came into you that He would lead and guide you into all truth and He would show you things to come.
He is doing those things now for you when He takes My Book and explains the teachings to you. He also brings My Words of personal encouragement to you, which are My own special mixture of vitamins and minerals and herbs, supplements for your mind. Those nutrients enhance and improve your mind, but they also benefit your body because of the good elements that are released into your being when you know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you are loved unconditionally and provided for expeditiously.
My Words of love and encouragement to you are elixirs which permeate every cell of your body and mind, healing you and renewing you over and over again.
Remember that My Words are power, the most complete power drink in the universe!

SWADDLING CLOTHES

Dear One,
My loves lift you higher than you've ever been lifted before.
My love in you will lift others higher than they've ever been lifted before. That's what My love does, it lifts and lifts and lifts.
Human love can't lift you as high as My love can lift you because human love is based on self-consciousness, expecting others to love you in return.
My love is based in heaven consciousness, expecting nothing in return. My love lifts the heart, the mind, the body and the emotions. My love will not allow you to stay in the sea of depression that can swallow you up. My love rescues you from the sea of depression and sets you on the solid rock of the highest mountain. My love surrounds you with peace and joy. All outer problems and inadequacies and areas of lack vanish in the presence of My love because they are of no consequence.
Watch things change when you are baptized in My love. Evil can't stand it. Deceit can't stand it. Strife can't stand it. Conflict can't stand it. Depression can't stand it.
My love is the only power that can deflect the negativity of the world and lift you high above it to the Secret Place of the Most High. Let Me swaddle you in My love.
