Dear One,
Spread your joy wherever possible. You are also the recipient of My joy showers when you allow it to flow from you.
You can also be the recipient of joy showers from others, especially from children who are not in the habit of damming up My joy within themselves. They find joy in everything. When you are in their presence, you feel like you've been baptized in joy.
Be sure you pass it on to others because joy can never be successfully contained in one vessel. It constantly bubbles up so it must be shared.
Joy produces strength in the ones who experience it. It is like a good physical workout except it strengthens the soul and the emotions particularly, then it floods into the body by erupting in bursts of pure delight.
Sharing your joy is sharing your power because it dispels all depression, all despair and all darkness.
Joy comes from My Light so it produces light. When you bask in My light you also bask in My joy.
Command your soul to be joyful when you have a burden and the burden will disappear in the flood of joy.
