Dear One,
You were forgiven in the mass forgiveness when Jesus paid for your sins, mistakes, iniquities and transgressions on the cross and rose from the dead. It was a mass forgiveness because all people who lived in the past and would ever live in the future were forgiven. Jesus paid the price for wrong choices, as required by laws, for all of humanity, ALL people who ever lived in the earth. (John 3:16-17)
So all of your mistakes are nonexistent in My eyes. I keep no record of failures because they became white as snow in My mind when Jesus paid the price for them. He became the propitiation, or payment, for the sins of all mankind so that there is no more required punishment for them. That is enough good news to celebrate and for which you can be filled with praise. (Isaiah 1:18-19)
My forgiveness includes the actions of the mass murderers, the cruelest slave masters, the hypocrites, the abusers and all other people who have yielded to the temptations of the devil to do his deeds in the earth. They are all forgiven in My eyes and in My mind. I do not hold their sins against them, just like I forgive you, because of My Son Jesus paying the price by His death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead. He went to hell already for the sins of the world. Nobody has to do it again, not you, not your enemies, not the most hateful, angry, demon possessed person. The price was paid. (Romans 2:1-3)
However, Jesus taught that there is a way that you make null and void in your life the forgiveness that Jesus purchased for you. He said that you will be forgiven only to the degree that you forgive others. (Matthew 6:12-14) He was teaching you a valuable lesson. He was teaching you that when you bind yourself to another person by holding their sins or bad actions against them, then you void My forgiveness for you in the earth because you are refusing to pass on to them the forgiveness that I have granted to you. In other words, you are deeming the person unworthy of your forgiveness, thus, unworthy of My forgiveness. So you bring upon the person and yourself the judgment or punishment for the bad deeds toward you.
My forgiveness is forever, but your acts of unforgiveness have taken away from you the earthly forgiveness of your actions and deeds; therefore, you will reap in the earth what you have sown in judgment, condemnation and guilt. When binding yourself to the other person by retaining his or her evil deeds, you bind those evil deeds to yourself, putting you in line for punishment from the devil for them. (Matthew 16:19) Forgiveness for the person frees you from that punishment because it releases you from the punishment for the bad deeds.
In other words, you have two choices: One is to bear the sins against you in your body by retaining the offenses against you in your mind and reaping the punishment of their evil deeds against you; OR, two, you can extend the same forgiveness to the person that I extend to you, pardoning their offenses and wiping them away, thus reaping the blessings earned by My loving forgiveness toward you. (Matthew 18:21-35)
It hurts you emotionally and mentally to bear the guilt of your own offenses, so why bear the thorns of the offenses done by another person against you in your mind also? They are ALL forgiven in My mind, erased, eradicated, so why retain them as leaches on your body and in your mind, allowing them to always suck the life blood out of you? Forgiveness will take care of all of those life sucking leaches. Forgive yourself and forgive others and you will fulfill the ministry of My Son Jesus.(Galatians 6:2)
Go and forgive just as I forgive you. (John 20:23)
Your Forgiving Father
