Dear One,
You've heard the song, "Turn your eyes upon Jesus. Look full in His wonderful face. And the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace." Yes, it is true.
However, you have never heard a song that said, "Turn your eyes upon worries. Look full in their dastardly face. And the things of God will grow completely dim in the light of worry's life sucking ways.'' Yet it's true, also.
The more you worry about things or people, the more your thoughts drift away from Me and into the quicksand of worry. Then you are quickly unable to get out of the worry because you have made a temporary covenant with it.
The secret is to never make a covenant with worry, but instead to keep your eyes upon Me and look full into My face. Then the things of earth such as worry, fretting, fear, guilt, anger and strife will grow strangely dim in the light of My glory and grace.
Remember that where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Seek the treasures of peace, wisdom and joy through a relationship with Me and your heart will remain there also. Then I can work things out that concern you because your treasure and your heart are with Me.
United We stand. Divided you fall.
Love, God
