Dear One,
Make every day a day of praise and joy. Praising is a choice, the desire to be thankful and taking the opportunity to reflect upon your blessings.
Joy is also a choice, choosing to be joyful when you have decided to approach every event with joy and glee, knowing that My promises prevail and they are guarantees no matter what outward circumstances are present.
Reflect upon My miracles, My kisses to you which have already brought joy and peace to you.
Be full of joy, full of praises, full of faith, full of mercy. That's what joyful, peaceful, faithful and merciful mean. They mean to be full to capacity with those spiritual attributes which are powerful because they change things in your dimension from bad to good.
When you meditate upon things that I have done for you already, there are plenty of reasons to be joyful and peaceful and faithful and merciful.
Fill yourself up with praises, then fill your mouth with praises, then fill the earth with praises. Then being joyful is automatic and you will be in overdrive with joy.
