Dear One,
The admonition of Jesus that you forgive everyone, that you turn the other cheek when struck on one cheek, to forgive all debts owed to you, to give your cloak when someone requires your coat, to return good for evil done to you were given by Him for a reason. They were not just religious actions to appear pious. They were for a spiritual reason.
There is a transference of energy when you refuse to forgive someone. The spiritual mechanics are simple.
When you hold a grudge against someone, your mind is constantly on that person and the deed that was perpetrated against you. Your thoughts begin to be bound to that person. That person becomes a burden to you, occupying all of your thoughts. You relive the occasion in your mind constantly.
Jesus said what is bound on earth is bound in heaven. That is the same truth as revealed in the wisdom of, "Whatsoever a man thinks in his heart, so is he."
The problem is that when your thoughts are constantly bound to a person who has injured you in some way, either physically or emotionally, you bind yourself to the person and the energy or spirits that are present in the life of the person. You take on the same strife by which that person was motivated when the evil was done to you.
If the person had a disease either spiritually or emotionally caused by his or her own anger, then you are in danger of attracting the same disease to you because you are bound to that person in your thoughts and emotions.
That is why Jesus so emphatically delivered to My children the admonition to forgive everyone, to refuse to hold grudges and to return good for evil done to you, so that you will stay free from the diseases and evil actions caused by anger and strife.
When you forgive everyone, you have released them from your mind and the constant thoughts caused by holding grudges. Where there is strife there are every evil work, which means where there is strife there is every demon from hell present to curse everyone involved in the situation. When you forgive everyone, you are free from the demons which accompany strife-filled situations.
My children have tragic ends to their lives because of their refusal to forgive others. That is why Jesus said that I cannot forgive you if you don't forgive others. If you hold a grudge against someone, I cannot come into your life and release you from the demonic spirits present in your life caused by being bound in thoughts and attitudes to a person who wronged you. You have to release them yourself from the negative spiritual energy by forgiving the person who did an evil deed against you. I can vigorously entice you to forgive so that you will be free of the bondage to the person who wrongs you, but you must forgive that person as an act of your will. Then you are free because of your act of forgiveness.
Because of the death and resurrection of Jesus, I forgave all of humanity when they were dead to Me by reason of their own sins. You must forgive others so that you will be free from bondage to the person who wronged you. When you forgive others, My kingdom becomes readily available to you because you are no longer bound to the person and the evil that was done to you.
All of the teachings of Jesus were for your good, so that you would inherit My blessings that I have for you. When you know the spiritual mechanics of forgiveness, it should be easier for you to forgive.
Forgiveness is a major key.

BONDAGE CURSES
