THE LURKING ENEMY

My Dear Precious Child
    The reason Jesus Christ came to earth was to destroy the works of the devil. (I John 3:8)   He did destroy the devil's works that were evident when He walked the earth ministering by the power of My Holy Spirit inside of Him and baptizing Him.  He died and went to hell so that the devil's condemnation and guilt would become null and void in the lives of My children who are educated and learned in His words.  (Romans 8:1) Now My children who have My power of the Holy Spirit in their lives and baptizing them are saved from the works of the devil on earth so that they will be able to have My kingdom of heaven in their earthly lives, free from burdens, cares, worries and guilt, all which come from hell.  (Luke 21:31-36)    
    Always remember that the devil causes excesses in things, excess in consuming alcohol, excessive exercise, excessive eating that becomes gluttony, excessive concern that becomes a burden and escalates into worrying, the desire for an excess of attention, excessive sympathy which becomes grief, excessive devotion which becomes slavery, excessive temptations of sexual natures, excessive control which become domination and other examples of surfeiting which always tempts you with excesses of anything.  Jesus told you that if you give in to excess in anything that you become overcharged emotionally and physically, allowing it to become your god at the cost of your mental, emotional and physical health.  Anything earthly to which you give an excess of attention in your life becomes your god because it requires more and more excessive devotion, robbing you of part of your life.  The devil always requires more and more and more of your devotion to earthly things so that he becomes your god, robbing you of a healthy, prosperous, happy life.
    Many of My children do not recognize the demonic pull of servitude which is the devil's deceitful trick to rob you of a balanced life.  He works through service institutions, religious institutions, social institutions, political institutions, families and sports institutions in order to rob you of My peace.  My children recognize the devil's works and magnetic pulls toward imbalance in the sins of other people but they do not recognize the devil's deceitful requirements in their own lives. Jesus, Himself, had to refuse the temptation to become overcharged and concerned with his earthly family problems from his mother and brothers when they tried to engage Him in their family concerns.  He told them that His father, mother, brothers and sisters are the people who do My will. (Matthew 12:47-50) Mary and His brothers were able to solve their problem without His intervention as He went about healing the sick, casting out demons and preaching about My kingdom of heaven which was to soon come into the earth.
    Jesus Christ warned you about the trick of the devil to tempt you to become overcharged in any way because of excessive earthly devotion from you.  He recognized your enemy and He cautioned you about the devil's deceitful temptations to have excessive devotion to anything of the earth.   The Holy Spirit inside of you recognizes the devil's pull toward excessive servitude for anything.  I want balance in your life, not excessive involvement in anything earthly that passes away.  Seek My treasures which do not pass away but instead they bring peace, love, joy and balance to your life on earth. (Matthew 6:31-33)
