LUSTFUL PASSIONS PRODUCE WOES

My Dear Precious Child,
    Prophesies through the prophet Hosea were tinged with the events going on in the life of of Hosea at the time.  His wife had committed adultery and Hosea became a jealous lover who longed for his marriage to become whole, even though his wife Gomer was an adulteress.  My prophesies through Hosea to Israel reflect his own own unhappy marriage.  He related the sins of Israel to the sins of Gomer, her having been an adulteress with other men.  Hosea called Israel's idolatry and oppression of the poor by the name of "infidelity", relating to its evil actions being taken on the part of a prostitute by its turning away from Me and placing idols in My place.  One of Israel's infidelities was placing kings and princes in place without My guidance and My approval.  Those kings and princes allowed evil to govern their country. (Hosea 8:1-9) 
    Even though I was willing to restore the people of Israel to fellowship with me, their guilt stood out because of their wickedness.  (Hosea 7:1-2)  They had many kings in a few short years because the kings were murdered by other princes and inferior officials.  I told Hosea that the fires of passions burned heatedly in those officials, like the fire in a baker's oven. (Hosea 7:3-4)  I said that the princes were overcome with wine and they assembled like-minded plotters with hearts like ovens.  They slept at night but in the morning their anger flared like burning ovens.  They consumed their rulers and their kings fell, yet none of them called upon Me in their danger for My input and My guidance.  (Hosea 7:5-7)  Instead, they consulted with idols who had no power to do good, only to do evil. 
     I said through Hosea that woes would come upon the people because of their lust for power and their lust for many idols.  They cried upon their beds, but not for Me.  They howled because of their assembling around wine and then rebelling against Me.  Though I had strengthened them, they still imagined mischief against Me.  (Hosea 7:13-15)
    The people continued in their rebellion against Me, going after idols like a passionate man goes after a whore.  I said that their princes who had killed the kings would perish by the sword because of the insolence of their own tongues and that they would be mocked in the entire land of Egypt. (Hosea 7:16) 
    The lamentations of My heart concerning Israel and their desires to be always running toward idols instead of running to Me for My help is reflected in My heartfelt plea generations later by My Son Jesus Christ when He said, "Oh, Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who killed the prophets and stoned the people I sent to you,  how often would I have gathered your children together like a hen gathers her brood under her wings;  yet, you would not!"   He spoke those words to the Jewish politicians, the Pharisees and lawmakers, who had rejected Me when I came to earth in the flesh of Jesus.  I told the Jews that their house would be desolate and that they would not see Me until they said, "Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord." (Luke 13:34-35)  Their house remains desolate even into your day except for the individual Jews who recognize Jesus Christ as My Son and the only way to their salvation.  Those individual Jews walk in newness of life through My new covenant of the Holy Spirit and they enjoy My kingdom of God in their lives on earth.  The nation of Israel, itself, is desolate even in your day.  Woes are still their judgments from hell because of their deeds of worshiping of national idols, their oppression of the poor and the sojourners, and their affection for war.  It is their own evil conduct and evil deeds from yielding to the temptations to worship national treasures that bring the devil's woes upon them.
    Don't make the same mistakes.  Like I told you, extreme national patriotism and partisan politics are a fruit of the flesh, not a fruit of My Holy Spirit.(Galatians 5:20)  Being a fruit of the flesh, they are passionate, burning hot ovens like the passions in the princes and officials of Israel that caused Hosea to prophesy woes which were to come upon them. (Hosea 7:13) Jesus Christ prophesied to the politicians and religious leaders of his day that the same woes would come upon them. (Luke 11:42-54)  The devil never changes.  He tempts people to make idols of their national laws and officials, all of which will die and pass away.  My kingdom of God is stable, secure and always the same with the Power of My Holy Spirit as its strength and its guidance. 
    David said, "Some people trust in the power of horses and chariots (national laws and weapons) but My trust is in the name of the Lord our God. (Psalm 20:7) let that confession also  be your confession.

WOES ARE THE RESULT OF EVIL CONDUCT AND DEEDS

My Dear Precious Child,
    In My prophesies to the nation of Israel under My old covenant with Abraham, which was through his lineage that My Son Jesus Christ would come into the world, there were times after times after times that the kings, priests and people of Israel broke our covenant by their uniting with the devil's evil that was in the world.  Through Ezekiel I gave an allegory about what happened when Israel united with Babylon and began to do the evil deeds of that country instead of Israel remaining pure and loyal to Me so that the human lineage of Jesus would be unadulterated.
    I told Ezekiel to tell this parable to the rulers and people of Israel to make known to them what they had done to inherit curses that would bring the woes of the devil into their lives.  I intended for the parable to be a visual representation to the Israelites about what had precipitated their inheriting woes in their lives.  The allegory is about cooking meat in a pot. (Ezekiel 24:1-8) I told them to visualize their getting a pot, putting water in the pot. putting meat into the pot, the best pieces of meat such as the thigh and the shoulder.  Then I told them to visualize putting wood underneath the pot, boiling the meat and the joints that that were in the meat.  I told them to take the meat out, one by one.  They poured the broth on a rock instead of on the ground to be covered by dirt.  
   Then I told them that their city of Jerusalem was like the broth in the pot, because they were a bloody city, having shed the blood of many people after I told them not to kill.  They had poured the blood of people onto a rock for all to see instead of pouring it out onto the ground to be covered with dirt.  The lewdness of their sins of idolatry and the whoredom of their women were putrid in My sight.(Ezekiel 23:43-49)  So the woes that were to come upon Israel was like the cooking of the meat, they joined with the invaders of Babylon in sinning against the very instructions that I had given to them. In other words, they were going to inherit the same boiling that they had done to other nations.  To demonstrate that, I told Ezekiel to tell the Israelite royalty that after their boiling broth had been poured out upon the rock, that a great bonfire would be built, the empty pot would be placed on the coals and all of the pot would be melted, yet the redness from the blood would not be removed.  That signified the evil with which the Israelites had perverted themselves when My intention for them was to be purified by Me rather than for them being perverted by the evil of the Babylonians, and so they would be judged by their own evil conduct and deeds.  The woes that would come upon them was not by My hand, but by their own hands. (Ezekiel 24:11-14)
   My fury and judgment that I had for the devil's and his works would be inherited by them because they had bound themselves to the devil and his works by joining with the evil performed by the Babylonians.  The results would be that the evil that they sowed in the earth would reverberate back upon themselves because of their evil deeds.  (Ezekiel 24:11-14)  It was their own evil conduct that caused their entire pot to melt and caused the devil's curses to come upon the people because of their uniting with evil instead of their choosing to become purified and protected by Me.
    My further prophesy through Ezekiel to Israel was that the city of Jerusalem would be destroyed by their enemies, the city that was the delight of their eyes, the stronghold of their pride, the desires of their soul.  (Ezekiel 24:15-23) Their future was not one that anyone would prefer.  Woes came into the lives of the people in the form of destruction and death because, as I said, of their own evil conduct and deeds.  
   Ezekiel had written the prophesy for Isreal that came into being.  When the city of Jerusalem fell to invaders, I sent notice to Ezekiel and on that day his dumbness went away and he could speak.  Ezekiel was a sign to the nation of Israel that I am Lord because My words came to pass.
   Woes are real because they are the result of choosing evil instead of good.  Because of My love for the earth and for people, I always send salvation to people.  First it was through prophets, then through Jesus Christ, then through My Holy Spirit who instituted My last and efficient covenant with humans because I came to live inside of them.  My children who participate in My complete and full gospel have the power of My Holy Spirit to individually hear My words and the power to follow them so that they will avoid the woes of the devil in their lives on earth.  Learn lessons from the woes that came upon the people of the old covenant which eventually became the law of sin and death when Jesus Christ came into the world and completed His ministry. The ministry of the Holy Spirit which produces My kingdom of God inside of people who choose life over death is My power which lives inside of them.  Jesus Christ through My Spirit said that My kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (Romans 14:17)  Avoid the devil's woes by being guided by My Holy Spirit and praying in My Holy Spirit, which is My new and last covenant with My children.  (Romans 8)

WOE TO A PROPHET AND THE PEOPLE

My Dear Precious Child,
    When I called Ezekiel to speak to the people of Israel for Me, I told him to stand up on his feet and talk to Me face to face.  When I spoke to him, My Spirit went into him and he stood up rather than his falling on his face or kneeling.  We conversed face to face.  I told him that I was sending him to speak to a people who had rebelled against Me and their fathers had revolted against Me.  I described the Israelites as being hard of face and obstinate of heart. I told him that he must tell them that I had sent him and that they would recognize him as being from Me. 
   I told Ezekiel that he should not fear the men for their words when they contradicted him and rejected him because they were like scorpions in the stings of their words. I told him to give the message to them that I told him to speak, and that they might resist or they might heed, but what they did was not his problem.  I said that he must obey what I commissioned him to do. Then I handed to Ezekiel a scroll with writings on the front and the back and written on it were lamentations, wailings and woes which would come upon the people if they did not heed My words. I told Ezekiel to eat all the words on the scroll, meaning to memorize them, which he did, and My words filled his belly and his stomach.  They were sweet as honey in Ezekiel's mouth.  I told him to go and speak the words to the people of Isreal in an effort to encourage them to return to Me and allow Me to soften their hearts to My instructions. (Ezekiel 3:1-11)  I repeated that he must speak My words whether they heeded or resisted My instructions, that their reaction was not up to him.
   When Ezekiel began his journey he was distraught with his commission, so I insured him that I had appointed to him to be a watchdog for the Israelites and that I would tell him the warnings.  My instructions were that when I gave to him the words for wicked men that they would die, if he did not give the warning to the men then he would be responsible for their deaths.  But if he did carry out My instructions, speaking My warnings to the men, then if they did not heed his words and turn from their wickedness, they would die in their sins and Ezekiel would live. That explained the importance of Ezekiel following My instructions. (Ezekiel 3:12-20) 
   I told him that if a virtuous man turned from his virtue and sinned, then he would die for his sins, and his virtuous actions would be forgotten.   But I warned Ezekiel that if he did not warn the man, as I instructed him, then he was responsible for the death of the man.  Also, if the virtuous man remained a virtuous man after Ezekiel warned him, then both of them would save their lives.  (Ezekiel 3: 21) 
    I sent Ezekiel on his way to carry out his commission.  I told him to go to his own house, to remain there, that I would make him unable to speak until it was time for him to speak My words and then I would loose his tongue.  I told him that he must not fret if the people did not obey My words because they were a rebellious nation.  I said that some people would heed his words and some people would resist his words, that he only needed to deliver the warning.  (Ezekiel 3:22-25) 
    In My instructions to Ezekiel I told him that the people who heeded his warnings and turned from their wicked ways, they would not have woes in their lives, but the people who resisted My instructions delivered through him would inherit woes, troubles, problems, lamentations and wailings, some inheriting even death because I was warning them to retreat from the devil's works and adopt My works of love and peace.
    I assured Ezekiel again that the choice that the people made on whether to repent from their wickedness or not was not up to him.  It was the choice of the individual people whether to inherit My blessings in their life or whether to inherit the devil's curses and woes in their life.  Ezekiel's duty was only to deliver the warning, not to convince them what to do.
   It's still the same in My kingdom of God.  It's the choice of some of My children whether to stop at salvation and enjoy only a promise of their spirits going to My heaven when their bodies die.  I offer to all people the opportunity to seek My kingdom of God in their lives on earth by seeking to become baptized in My Holy Spirit while they live on earth with the privilege of enjoying all of My inheritance while they live in the earth.  If they don't seek My kingdom in their lives on earth, they miss out on My miracles and My blessings while they live in the earth.  It is in the baptism of My Holy Spirit that My children begin to enjoy My heaven in their lives on earth.  Some people choose to only stop at being born of My Spirit and they will die without experiencing My heaven on earth.  They never choose the full gospel.  They only choose to become born of My Spirit with the assurance of their entering My kingdom of heaven when their bodies die.  The people who choose the full gospel, obeying the instructions of Jesus Christ to also become baptized in My Holy Spirit, they will enjoy having My heaven in their lives on earth as well as their spirits entering into My heaven when their bodies die.
    Choices do matter, whether they are choices in spiritual matters or merely in earthly matters.  You have the opportunity to enjoy heaven on earth by becoming born of My Spirit, baptized in My Holy Spirit, and then being guided by My Spirit and praying in intercessory prayers in My Spirit.  Choosing the entire good news of Jesus Christ brings heaven into your life on earth. 
   Refusing to choose to be born again will allow the devil to curse your whole life on earth with woes, and you will have hell on earth. 
   Only choosing to become born of My Spirit will assure you of your entering into My heaven when your body dies but you will have no power to overcome the devil's evil works in your life on earth. 
   Choosing to become baptized in My Holy Spirit and His power will afford you the opportunity to enjoy heaven on earth when you are guided by My Spirit and pray in My Holy Spirit because you will have the power to refuse the devil's temptations and only do what I guide you to do.
   Ezekiel's experiences did not stop with My commission of him.  He obeyed and enjoyed his life on earth by being afforded a vision into My new covenant which I eventually sent to earth in the person of Jesus Christ and My Holy Spirit.  I invite you to incorporate My full gospel into your life on earth.  You do not need to wait until your body dies to enjoy heaven.  You can enjoy heaven on earth by choosing everything that the life and death of Jesus Christ afforded for you.

DOUBLE WOES FOR SPIRITUAL WHOREDOM

 My Dear Precious Child,
   I spoke to Ezekiel to tell Jerusalem her abominations, her evil works that the leaders and people had done.  I named to them the nations from which the people had come and about My covenant that I had with them when they were visibly cursed in many areas, that I had adopted them when no one else paid any attention to their sad state.  I said that I had washed them when they had no compassion from anyone, they were cast into an open field, loathed as people even in the day that they were born. (Ezekiel 16:1-5)  I told Ezekiel to tell the leaders and people of Jerusalem that I had passed by them and saw that they were polluted in their own blood.  I said to them when they were drowning in their own blood,  "Live."  Yes, I told all of them, "Live."  I even washed them with water, washing away the blood from them, and I anointed them with My oil.  
    I even clothed them with fancy cloth, placed shoes of fur on their feet, girdled them with linen and covered their bodies with silk.  In addition I added ornaments, bracelets upon their hands, chains on their necks, jewels on their foreheads, earring in their ears and a crown on their head, decked them with gold and silver, fine linen, silk, embroidered work; gave to them fine flour, oil and honey, and they were exceedingly beautiful, plus they prospered into a kingdom.  Their reputation and beauty was known by other nations because of the blessings which I had heaped upon their heads, in their minds and in their souls.  (verses 6-14)
    After reminding the leaders and the people of the wonderful things I had done for them, Ezekiel gave them the bad news also.  I told the Jews that they had begun to trust in their own beauty and so they became spiritual whores because of their popularity.  They began to spiritually fornicate with every demon who passed by.  They took the garments that I had given to them and they had adorned their homes and temples with them, without My permission.  They had listened to evil spirits who guided them to be opulent in their homes and in their temples.  They had taken their jewels that I had given to them and made idols of them and decked the idols with those jewels.  They committed whoredom with them. I told them that they had taken the food that I had given to them and placed it before the idols for their consumption, as if that were a small matter.   They took the meat that I had given to them, their flour, oil and honey with which I had fed them and sacrificed them to the demons in the idols. (verses 15-19) They had sacrificed their children that I had given to them to the idols by teaching the children to worship their man made idols, also.  In all of their whoredom and abominations they had forgotten that I had rescued them from the pitiful condition of their blood soaked bodies when they were naked and without a savior.
   Then I told Ezekiel to prophesy to them, "Woe, Woe unto you."  I didn't tell them that only one series of woes were coming upon them from hell because of their binding themselves to the devil's guidance, but I told them that they would be cursed with two series of woes from hell because of their opulent lifestyles that they had adopted and that had left others of My children behind, taking from them their goods to build their castles.  They had built for themselves platforms in every public place so that they were placed above people and at every street corner they spread their legs in whoredom to every demon who tempted them to engage in even greater opulent lifestyles. (verses 20-30)  The devil's lust for money and prestige had consumed them and caused them to become the same as the whores of Babylon which had caused Babylon to be crushed to the ground and become a wasteland.
    Because of their spiritual whoredom which lusted after money and places of honor in the politics of their countries, I was not able to rescue them because of their love for their opulence and their spiritual whoredom which placed them in honor in high places.  They had left Me and My protection and had built kingdoms for themselves by becoming spiritual whores by lusting after money and political positions.  Unless they turned from their adultery of lusting after money and high positions in their nation, I could not rescue them again because they had made their choice to embrace the devil's lifestyles instead of returning to My righteous ways of love, joy, peace and mercy.  Yes, they would bear the curses of their choice to bind themselves to lust of money and lust for power through political means for generations. (verses 30-58)
   I told them that I would eventually form a new covenant with their future generation which would pardon them from all that they had done.  I said that they would be silenced with shame when I pardoned them for the evil that they had done and that they would remember what they had done in their whoredom of chasing after the love of money and the opulent lifestyles that they, themselves, had made.  They had bypassed the goodness and kindness that I had done for them, and they had allowed the devil's temptations to take them on a trip of never ending lust for more money and more opulence. (verses 59-63)
   The same thing happened generations later when the politicians (Pharisees, scribes) and religious leaders fell for the same temptations to crave for more and more money and they consequently ruled over the poor and least fortunate of My children, taxing them and robbing from the poor, which caused them to also leave me and cleave to their opulent lifestyles.  Jesus chided them by telling them that the same woes were coming into their lives on earth because of their whoredom with the devil's demons by obeying their temptations.  (Luke 11:42-52; Matthew 23:11-33)  The demonic whores of Babylon were still in operation in the earth, enticing My children with love of money and love of control and domination over people.
    Notice that the curses that I saw that were coming upon the Jews in this history lesson were in the category of two series of woes, not a single series of woes, those being griefs, sicknesses, fires, storms, floods, droughts, damaging winds, and other misfortunes, afflictions, and problems.  (verse 23) Ezekiel told the Jews that all of the woes came at the hands of the devil and his demons because the Jews had left My kingdom of love and bound themselves to the devil and his woes, which caused them to have hell on earth.
     It's impossible to escape the woes of the devil while you live in the earth unless you remain in unity with Me.  Unity with Me will raise you above the dire circumstances that are available to the people who choose an opulent lifestyle at a cost to the poor of the earth.  I said I would place you above and not beneath, that you would be the head and not the tail if you stay in unity with Me.  
    Many people are led astray.  Don't be one of them. Stay in unity with Me through My Holy Spirit.  You will be glad that you did because heaven on earth is available to you.  I can make you a fortunate person with My gifts of love to you.   You will not seek for excess on your own.

FALSE PROPHETS INHERIT DEVASTATING WOES

My Dear Precious Child,
    Not only did Isaiah and Jeremiah prophesy about false prophets, but Ezekiel also did.  For Me it was a serious thing for a man to prophesy falsely and say that his message was My message to the people.  They malign My name and My reputation among the people of the earth because they lead My people astray.  When their false prophesies do not come into being, then their trust in Me goes out the window and My name is not respected as well as not revered.  When false prophesies are revealed, I am regarded as a liar as well as the false prophet.  Neither will people trust Me in real prophesies from other prophets, nor will they trust in the good prophets who speak for Me to people.
    I said that woes from hell will come upon people who say that they speak for Me but they speak from their own imaginations.(Ezekiel 13:1-3) Very often the false prophet is prophesying for the devil instead of for Me, and so the man or woman who prophesies falsely will inherit from hell the fruit of his or her labor from the devil, which are always destruction and death.  Ezekiel said that they are like foxes in the desert who have no refuge from problems and in fact they inherit more and more trouble from hell. (Ezekiel 13:4) 
      Ezekiel called the false prophet's prophesies vanity and lying divination by the prophet when he says that I sent the prophet when in reality I did not send him to the people with his words for them.  Instead, the words come from either the devil's divination or from the prophet's own vanity for which the people wait for them to confirm the words that they speak. (Ezekiel 13:5-6) I told Ezekiel to tell the false prophets that they say, "Thus says the Lord," when I did not send them, and then they wait for Me to confirm his own words.  I said that one of the woes for the false prophets is that he or she will not enter into My kingdom of heaven, nor will their names be written in My book of life.  Life in the promised land will not be in their future because the false prophets have seduced My children.  (Ezekiel 13:7-9)
    To the women who have prophesied their own thoughts, I told Ezekiel that they had disheartened the righteous man with lies when I did not want him grieved, and the women have encouraged the wicked man not to turn from his evil ways, return to Me and save his life.  I said that those women would no longer see false visions and practice divination, but that I would rescue My people from their power.  That way, they would know that I am the Lord. (Ezekiel 13:22-23)
    To the sorceresses I told them that they fool people with their lies, dishonoring Me by killing those people who should not die and keeping alive those people who should die.  Their prophesies are from their own minds and not from Me, using barney and crumbs of bread as their words, entrapping the lives of people.  I told them that I would also rescue people from their power so that the people would no longer be prey to their hands. Then they will know that I am the Lord. (Ezekiel 13:17-21)
    The woes were many for the false prophets, both men and women.  Their idols had consumed them and it was necessary for Me to speak truth to the people so that they would turn from the idol worship of money, graven images, sorcery and false prophesies.  When the false prophets prophesied by divination from hell, the problem was just as evil as the false prophesies from their own minds because when false prophets spoke from the words of the devil, then he or she allowed the devil to bring woes into their lives and into the lives of the people who believed the prophesies.   When the false prophets spoke by their own false visions from their own minds, then people made idols of the false prophets, also bringing woes from hell into the lives of people on earth.
  Ezekiel spoke at length about the false prophets under the old covenant. Jesus Christ, Paul, John and Peter all spoke at length about the dangers of false prophesies through false prophets under My new covenant, that the lives of people on earth who believed the prophesies would be cursed.  Under My new and last covenant of the Holy Spirit, I said that My Holy Spirit would discern false prophesies and false prophets for My children of promise who are baptized in My Holy Spirit.  I said that My Spirit is My gift to you of being the umpire inside of you, giving to you discernment to recognize the good and to recognize the evil in the world so that you would not be led astray. (I Corinthians 12:10; Matthew 24:24; II Peter 2:1; I John 4:1) 
    Woes in the form of calamities, misfortunes, deep griefs and distress have been around since the beginning of the earth.  They come into the lives of My children when they leave My protection from their being in unity with Me and their becoming united with the devil's emissaries who are rampant in the earth, seeking whom they may devour.  (I Peter 5:8)
    Choose blessings instead of choosing woes.  It's easy.  Just choose good over evil every time a choice presents itself in life and be led by My Holy Spirit.

THE WOES OF WAR

My Dear Precious Child,
    I gave My feelings about war to the Jews but no one heeded the prophesies which I gave which said that woes, meaning trouble, problems, deep suffering and grief, would come into the people who trusted in war.  I told Isaiah to tell the Jews that if they trusted in Egyptian help against their enemies in the form of horses, chariots and horsemen because they were very strong that they would experience the woes of war.  Instead I said that the Jews should depend upon Me and My Holy Spirit by seeking and consulting Me.  I told Isaiah to tell the officials of the Jews that I am wise concerning their enemies but they did not recall My words.  I said that there is always calamity that comes against evil doers and against the people who help work iniquity, as in wars. (Isaiah 31:1-2)
    After telling the people what I thought about war, Isaiah explained to the Jews that the Egyptians were only men, not Me, and that their horses were flesh, not spirit.  Because of the cruelty of the Egyptians, they were already experiencing stumbling and falling and I said that they would perish together if the Jews bound themselves to the Egyptians in wars.   (Isaiah 31:3)
    I gave them an allegory, saying that just like a lion growls over her prey that she has caught and is not terrified of the voice of their prey, so I, the Lord of angelic hosts, will bring victory for the Jews if they will consult Me.  I said that they would fall into defeat if they joined with the Egyptians in war with other nations but if they depended upon Me that I would take care of the Jews with no devastation as far as the woes of war for them. (verses 4-5) I said that, just like birds hovering, that I, as the Lord of angelic hosts, would defend Jerusalem against the Assyrian army.  In other words, I was saying that I and My angels would do better work than a human army could do.
    There was one requirement that was necessary before I could help them become successful in battle without woes being the result of their choosing to get help from the sinful Egyptians which would result in destruction for them.  I said that the Jews must return to Me instead of seeking the help of another sinful nation.  I said that the Jews must return to Me instead of continuing to revolt against Me.  The requirement was that everyone would throw away in disgust and contempt every idol of silver and gold which their own hands had sinfully made for them. (Isaiah 31:6-7)
    I told the Jews that if they called upon Me for help that their enemy, the Assyrians, would fall by the sword but that it wouldn't be the sword of men, that it would be supernatural swords which would devour the enemy.  I said that their enemy would flee from the sword that I send from My angels, and that the men of the country of Assyria would become forced labor for the Jews.  In fact, Isaiah told the Jews that the Assyrians would pass in terror ahead of the Rock-Refuge that I would send and that the officers of the enemy would desert their troops in fear and panic.  He spoke about the fire that is in Me being manifest to the enemy, the fire as spoken of Me in Zion and in Jerusalem. ( verses 8-9) 
    You must think about the effects of war upon the people of a country if they bind themselves to an evil nation to battle against another evil nation.  Woes that would come upon them would be complete defeat at the cost of lives, injuries, loss of lands and fortunes, death of women and children as well as young men who do the fighting.  The men who survive are always mentally and physically injured and dependent upon the country for the rest of their lives.  Isaiah was prophesying to the Jews that I have supernatural ways to defeat an enemy and it never involves death, injury or loss because My help involves angelic hosts who manifest themselves to the enemy in supernatural ways that scare the enemy into surrendering. 
   That kind of supernatural battle can only take place when people turn from their idols, their dependence upon their physical weapons and trust in Me and My supernatural means which are much more effective.
   When My children can say like King David said, "Some trust in horses and chariots (guns and tanks and missiles) but I will remember the power in the name of the Lord My God," then there will be no more woes of war in their lives because the battles will be mine instead of their battles.(Psalms 20:7)  I have My ways that are higher than your ways. (Isaiah 55:7-9)  And as the prophet Paul wrote in addition to that quote from Isaiah, Paul wrote that under My covenant of the Holy Spirit with you that I reveal those hidden things to you by My Holy Spirit because He searches My heart and reveals My ways to My children of the new covenant of Love who seek Me and seek My wisdom and insight.  (I Corinthians 2:9-12)   
   My ways do not leave behind any injured, maimed, blind, demon possessed people such as are a result of wars in which people become involved and work from their flesh instead of allowing Me to do My supernatural works in their behalf.  My ways leave behind peace and unity as well as leaving people whole in spirit, mind and body.
    Depending on Me to handle all of your earthly problems will do what Isaiah told the Jews would happen.  First of all, he said to get rid of all idols in which you have placed your faith such as love of money and partisan politics.  Then He said not to join with any cruel, divisive, sinful people for help; but instead to depend totally upon Me.  I said that I have ways and means that are superior in every way to weapons and any earthly inferior strategies.  As a result of My supernatural intervention into your problems as a result of your depending completely on Me, miracles will happen and your prayers are answered according to My power and My will.  As a result, I get the praise for handling things supernaturally instead of your handling things by human flesh which invite woes of destruction and grief into your life on earth.  (John 15:7)
    "Not by human might, not by human power, but by My Spirit,"  is what I instruct My children to say and do. (Zechariah 4:6; John 16:13-16)

WOES INHERITED BY THE PROUD

My Dear Precious Child,
   You have heard it said that pride goes before a fall.  In other words, the prideful people of the earth have the guarantee of falling from a place of honor to a place of dishonor if they do not become humble.  Because every prideful person views himself or herself above other people in certain gifts, humility is nowhere to be found inside of the person.  The prophet Jeremiah told the people of Babylon very dramatically that their nation was going to fall and that he should not hide the news but instead that he was to announce it and publish it among all of the nations that Babylon was taken by an enemy, her images put to shame and her idols shattered.  An army from the north had advanced toward her with the intent of turning her land into a desert so that no one should find it fit to live there because all animals and humans had left.  (Isaiah 50:37)
    I told Jeremiah that Babylon had suddenly fallen and been destroyed.   He said the people were howling and had become devastated.  I said that I would be an avenger of My children of Israel and defend their cause with success so as to give rest to the earth, but unrest would come to Babylon because it was a land of idols and the people were made fearful of the things they idolized. The woes that were coming upon Babylon because of their depending upon idols were named.  He said that only wildcats and beasts would live there, and ostriches would occupy it, that people would never again live in it from age to age.  (Jeremiah 50:38-39)   A great wind would lay waste the land.  Jeremiah told the people to flee the land.
    At one time Babylon had been a golden cup in My hand which made the whole earth drunk with admiration.  (Jeremiah 51:7)  However, the pride of the kings, priests and influential people had caused their idols, which were inhabited by demons, to flood Babylon with devastation which came to them through their enemies. The whores of Babylon had robbed from the poor in order to enable the rich to become more opulent in their lifestyle.  I said that we had tried our best to heal Babylon but she would not be healed.(verse 9)  My observation was that every man who constructed the idols was stupid, ignorant and put to shame.  (verse 17)  I identified the idols as being nothings, ridiculous works that would perish in their time.  17-18) Because of their idolatry and their evil actions toward Israel, Babylon's heads of government sowed seeds that came upon them with vengeance.  Their former glory became forgotten because of their sins of pride and idolatry. I said that woes would even come upon their oxen. (verse 27)
    All of the words of the prophesy from Jeremiah were recorded and I instructed Seraiah to read the words of the prophesy through Jeremiah to the entire population of Babylon.(Jeremiah 51:60-63)
    Woes are terrible conditions which come upon people because of their joining in loyalty with the devil which causes them to inherit his evil actions which he lies in wait to flood upon the earth.  Like I said to Babylon, I wanted to heal that country but the kings and priests refused to give up their idols and their cruel works that come from pride and idolatry.  So they, in essence, chose the ending to their country.   Pride and idolatry always result in woes that come in the form of devastation.
    Don't choose to yield to the devil's temptations to become prideful.  Jesus Christ even warned His disciples not to rejoice when the demons obeyed them.  He said only to rejoice that their names were written in My book of life.  That was one of the ways that Jesus taught about pride and its consequences.  Jesus was telling His disciples that just because they cast out demons did not mean that they had done any powerful act because it was My anointed power that caused the demons to flee, not anything that they had done.  (Luke 10:19-20-Luke 11:20)
   Humility protects you from pride which builds idols for yourself.
