Dear One,
Breaking out of your usual routine is wonderful for you because your security can be in your normal, everyday existence.
When you decide to venture out of the mundane, comfortable existence, you can explore new adventures, new activities, new experiences, new exposures which stretch your mind and your knowledge beyond where it's previously been. That is what "life" is all about, expanding your knowledge, your activities and your adventures. Life is always moving, always expanding.
When you only have rigid daily activities, your mind becomes lax, your routine become your security and life becomes dull and unexciting.
The same thing is true about spiritual matters. People can become secure in their limited religious teachings, cautious about expanding their knowledge because of fear that their present teachings might be erroneous or limited. They often fear teachings which might be outside of their denomination or outside of their beliefs. The fear that they have will cause them to be limited in their acceptance of truth.
When you have confidence in the voice of My Holy Spirit inside of you, there should be no fear that you are spiritually venturing into foreign territory. He is the Spirit of Truth and He will lead you into all truth. I said that he will teach you about sin and righteousness and how to judge between the two. That means that He will teach you about My righteous way of thinking and acting, and He will teach you about the enemy's way of acting which entices you to do his evil bidding. My Spirit will certainly show you how to judge between the two modes of operation. He leads you into all truth, not just limited truth.
Be adventuresome in your daily life and in your spiritual life. You will gain valuable wisdom and insights from both. Then life will be the exciting adventure that it should be.
Love, God
