Dear One,
To depress is to push down below normal limits. Depression is the devil's way to bring you down to his level, to cause you to receive his mental images of negativity. Then he can supply to you his emotions of defeat, fear, anger, disgust, guilt, condemnation, judgment, conflict, etc. His sense of reality becomes your sense of reality. Depression is his effort to get you out of the faith realm into his false imaging realm.
You often find yourself depressed because of discomfort in your body. Those symptoms of discomfort will pass and you will feel whole again if you will restore faith to your mind. Discomfort is only temporary, it is not eternal. My promises of health and healing and prosperity are eternal.
Break out of depression by speaking My promises and you will be the head again and not the tail.
