Dear One,
You must relish change. Change is growth. Even the human body changes dramatically as it grows. Growth cannot take place without changes. Look at trees and plants, shrubs, grass and flowers. As they grow they change for the best. The same happens with animals.
What causes the changes which occur when growth is taking place? There are increases in molecular structure within the object, whether its a human, a plant, a tree or an animal. The brains of humans change as they retain new knowledge, ideas and concepts.
Nothing ever stays the same. If things stay the same, there is no growth.
Think about the changes in your life that seemed to you to be bad at the time. Yet, when you changed with the situation you grew in wisdom and knowledge, in patience and understanding. So the seemingly bad situation at the time worked for your good because it caused new growth to occur.
Look at every bad situation as a chance to grow and change in thoughts, attitudes and actions after you gain wisdom about the situation. You will be more equipped to have insight into the next changes and you will adjust with patience, love and understanding.
Trust that the same thing will happen in your loved ones when they are involved in trying situations, knowing that they will change in areas of understanding and have more wisdom. It will be a good change which will produce mature growth.
Love, God
Luke 2:53; Proverbs 3:13-19; Proverbs 4:5-7; Romans 8:28; James 1:5
