Joy's Power

Dear One,
Joy has power. It has power to transform your mind and your body.
When joy is brought forth out of your spirit it has the power of your spirit. Since I dwell in your spirit in the person of the Holy Spirit, and joy is a fruit of the Spirit, then joy has supernatural power.
When joy is brought forth like water from a well, then the power to transform your soul and body are there. An added element is that the power is there to transform the surrounding atmosphere.
You ask how you bring joy out of your spirit?
First you must purpose to have My joy. It is a choice, a decision. You always choose, every minute of the day, between sadness and joy. Joy is always the winning choice for you.
Secondly, you delight in Me and My Words, even if it is a forced delight in the beginning. Then the joy will flow like a river from your spirit because you have tapped into it.
Choose the benefits of My joy and be healed emotionally and physically.
