OUTWARD APPEARANCES

Dear One,
Outward appearances can be encouraging or the same appearances can be discouraging, depending upon how you look at them.
Outward appearances can look defeating or they can look elating, depending upon your spiritual view of them.
Jesus taught His followers about those people who don't have eyes to see or ears to hear what they need to see and hear.  He was speaking about spiritual eyes and ears.  Now you have spiritual eyes and ears since you have My Holy Spirit inside of you to give you encouragement about things that you see with your earthly eyes which might look defeating to someone who has not yet received My Holy Spirit.
With the eyes of My Holy Spirit you view things from the viewpoint of faith, knowing that discouraging earthly appearances are only temporary and a momentary part of the whole picture.  You know that behind the scenes, in the spiritual dimension, My angels and I are working full time to bring about the answers to your prayers.  When we are working for you and changes are being made, very often outward appearances look bad.  You know that the next hour or the next day or the next week outward appearances will completely change and you will see dramatic answers to your prayers.
Your thoughts and attitudes during the discouraging times  are often the determining factor that gauges the time of the manifestation of the blessings.  Continuing in faith in Me will exacerbate the entrance of the blessings.  Loss of faith in Me will often delay the entrance of the blessings.
After all, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  Faith is the power that brings blessings into existence in your life.  Faith is power which attracts into your life what I have already prepared for you.
Faith is easy.  You just have to believe Me.  Abraham believed Me and it was counted to him as righteousness.
When you intimately know Me and know that I do not lie, faith is easy.  You simply believe Me.
     Love, God
