Rejoice, and Then Rejoice Again

Dear One,
Yielding to depression brings defeat to you but it brings victory to your spiritual enemies. Depression hands your mental health, physical health and social health to the devil on a silver platter.
When you become depressed you must switch gears from mental power and then choose spiritual power to enable yourself to get out of the pit of depression.
Emotions are powerful tools that can be used for you or against you.
I told My children to rejoice when they are tempted to plunge into depression or other mental infirmities. Joy is a powerful spiritual emotion. Sadness, fear and depression are human emotions that will defeat you.
Rejoicing leads to the power of joy. Find things to rejoice about and see depression flee like the coward it is. Bring the spiritual power of joy into negative circumstances and you'll see the fear and depression go to hell where they belong.
Tell depression that you will not be defeated and then rejoice. And again I say rejoice.

Love, God
