Dear One,
Self pity is the beginning of a downhill ride.
If you entertain thoughts of self pity, you will find anger, depression, doubt, unbelief and all other negative spirits enter into your mind.
For My children, self pity is the result of lack of fellowship with Me. When you fellowship with me, you know the inside of situations and you have no need to turn inward to thoughts of self pity because your thoughts are on Me and My higher dimension. There is peace and joy in My higher dimension.
Don't let self pity and depression rest in you. You'll find yourself in turmoil and unrest.
Rest in Me and gain peace and joy.
