Dear One,
Learn to level out negative emotions when they start to take over and gain control of you. When emotions run amuck and overpower you, then those emotions becomes lord of your life.
You can learn to level the emotions into an even keel so that those emotions are not amplified to the degree that you let an evil messenger rule you through your uncontrolled emotions.
To "level out" means for you to regain control of your thoughts and cease operating in emotional extremes which allow an evil messenger to enter. When you lose control, you turn control over to something else, and evil spirits are always waiting to take control by increasing the intensity of the emotion.
People often think that emotionally losing control is an outlet for emotional release, but it is not an outlet. It creates an inlet for evil to enter the situation and completely defeat you.
Be vigilant to check the gauge of your emotions. Then learn to speak to your emotions when they are beginning to be extreme and tell them to, "Level out." They know that that command means to bring themselves to an even plane so that you will be level headed, filled with sound judgment.
Unbridled emotions damn up the door to your life where My blessings enter because good and evil cannot exist together.
Love and sound judgment create an atmosphere for My blessings to flow to you like a river, and you are the door keeper to that entryway.
