STRESSFREE LIVING

Dear One,
When you have overloaded yourself with chores and activities, only do what you have to do to function properly.
Becoming overcome with activities is a result of the fall of man. You have a tendency to stimulate yourself so that you feel pressured and stressed, thus effecting negative changes in your body toward over stimulation of hormone output. Then there is imbalance of chemicals in the body and mind which cause illness and infirmity.
Remember that over stimulation is being stimulated to the extreme.
Under stimulation is an extreme, too, and causes procrastination which leads to a sluggish mentality. Then guilt comes to haunt you for the things that need to be done. That is the opposite of over stimulation but is just as injurious to you and your health.
The balance is prudence, diligence and and timeliness, doing things when they need to be done, not what you unwisely plan to accomplish.
Leading a stress free life is My ideal for you. Being prudent and diligent and timely is the way to accomplish it.
Allow all the functions of your body and mind to operate efficiently by working prudently but wisely. Accomplish one thing at a time and then go on to another as time allows.
Love, God
