Dear One,
Thoughts are your designs for the future.
Relate that truth to the truth that Jesus taught when He said that a man who lusts after a woman has already committed adultery in his heart. He was saying that a thought is a design for the future, so to reject that thought of lust immediately so that its temptation would not be brought to fruition.
If you think strife thoughts about a person you are calling into being strife spirits who will work you over at the time and then program strife into your future events.
Forgive means to give forward, to release a person from your thoughts. When you do manage to release the person and the situation, you are not only forgiving him of the hurt that you experience but you are releasing the strife spirits which you called into the situation by your thoughts of ill will.
Thinking ill will and strife are harmless to your body, your mind, your spirit and also the other person. Release him and let him go from your thoughts and you will experience freedom and he will experience freedom from the evil spirits that you have placed upon him.
You have destructive and and you have constructive powers that you don't even know that you have.
Love, God
Matthew 5:29; James 3:14; Proverbs 23; 7; Philippians 4:8
