Dear One,
Very often your mind is preoccupied with matters it has no business being concerned with. Often you have allowed your mind to chart a course into worry, concern and other destructive imaginations that are highly unlikely to ever happen. To allow the thoughts to continue to occupy your mind is to give them power to eventually create themselves, the power to bring themselves into existence.
When you have invited Me into the situation with prayers, then when the worry thoughts come to mind you can order them away. You can speak faith scriptures to them just like Jesus did when He was tempted by the devil. The result it that the thoughts have to leave your mind, just like the devil's temptation thoughts left Jesus. The benefit to you is that the angels will minister to you, just like they did to Jesus. The angels will, as well, continue to work in the situation by bringing answers to your prayers.
You have also found that when doubt and unbelief are ministering to your mind, another way to eject them from your mind is to give them a healthy, strong dose of your prayer language. They hate that because My words through the Holy Spirit produce answers to your prayers.
There are lots of solutions to troubling thoughts. One is to resist them. One is to cast them out. One is to speak My scriptural promises. Another is to cover them with My Holy Spirit prayer language.
Only allow positive faith thoughts to dwell in your mind. That's when peace will permeate your soul. I said I would keep you in perfect peace when your mind is stayed on Me.
