RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

Dear One,

You must have compassion for religious people the same as you would have compassion for other people who are ill, diseased or afflicted in other ways. Remember that you walked the same walk, you talked the same talk, you believed the same false beliefs about Me at one time. Yet, you have emerged from the religious bindings into a life of freedom. The same journey is afforded to all of My children. Even if they choose to remain religious -- which means they are guided by rules and regulations rather than by Me -- still My Love never ceases for them as My precious children even amidst the deceit and lies they are believing. My compassion increases toward them and your compassion should increase toward them.
Think also about the tenets of religion that you are still believing and of which you are still operating in many areas. You have found that it is a slow process, each step being precipitated by more and more revelation of My Love for you.You find yourself shedding more and more bindings the more intimately you become acquainted with Me.
The more freedom you experience as each religious binding falls off of you, the more you know Me face to face.
You are not disgusted at a blind man's infirmity, and so you must not be disgusted by a man who is blinded by religion. He is seeking Me the best way he knows how, and he is seeking me the only way he had been taught.
Many of My children are not capable of seeking Me outside of religiously binding institutions because of the fear of displeasing Me and the fear of displeasing their religious leaders. If they find happiness in their religious institutions, it is none of your business and you must not judge them. It is only My business to forgive them. The religious rules and regulations will judge them and they will find that the freedom they seek is not achieved by following rules and regulations.
Love the religious people just the way I do and you will find more freedom than you have ever known. Your forgiveness and love toward religious people will be an example of the love and freedom that they seek, and they will want the close relationship with Me that you have.
When they do find a one on one relationship with Me, they will be free, indeed.

Love, God
