Dear One,
A calm demeanor is one of the most obvious indicators of a spiritual man. A person who is peaceful and calm is a person who has abandoned fear, discontent and dissatisfaction, and he is a person who has adopted faith, confidence and hope.
Fretting and worry are the activities of a fearful mind, but peace and calmness are the activities of a faith filled mind.
Peacefulness and calmness are qualities of mind that men would pay fortunes to buy, but they are only attained through a spiritual relationship with Me because My presence in a life is manifested by peacefulness.
Calmness can even bring healing to mind and body because it eliminates mental strife and confusion.
Jesus calmed the troubled waters by speaking to them and speaking "Peace, be still." You can bring calmness to your mind by speaking "Peace, be still," to it. You can also bring peace to an out of control mind by allowing Me to speak My wisdom and insight concerning the troubling situation in which you are engaged. My words do the same thing, they dispense peace. Then your mind must be still, which will also bring peace to your body.
If peace could be sold it would bring millions of dollars to the seller. That's why I call it one of My treasures. Jesus is called the Prince of Peace. Together We are peace dispensers.
