FORGIVENESS BENEFITS

Dear One,

I don't think you would willingly bind yourself to the misfortunes of other people. That's what happens when you make the choice not to forgive someone, you bind yourself to the person, his misfortunes, his strife, his negative actions and his destructive attitudes. Because your thoughts are consumed with the person and the circumstance, you are truly bound to the person and by spiritual osmosis you will absorb the negativity in that person's life.
I taught that what is bound on earth is also bound in heaven and what is loosed on earth is also loosed in heaven. So that is the reason that I have taught so emphatically about forgiving people of their misdeeds toward you, I want you protected from the destructive things that can come upon you when the hurtful actions of a person or a situation occupies your mind. You become a partaker of all the bad spirits that minister to the offending person.
When you forgive a person, you release yourself from the damaging attitudes and actions that precipitated the offense. You release yourself from the results of the seeds that were sown in the offensive situation.
There are also other benefits besides the obvious benefits to you. The offending person is also released from the strife that accompanied the situation and he becomes free to change in his thoughts, attitudes and behavior. He is released from the judgments that came with the offense.
Forgiveness frees you, frees the other person and frees the situation from evil works.
My advise relating to forgiveness were not just idle words. They carry an eternal, spiritual benefit to everyone who will practice what I teach.
Forgiveness breaks the evil ties that bind and it puts you directly in the flow of blessings.
