TROUBLED MINDS

Dear One,
To rest from your labors means to rest from worrying, fretting and rest from having a troubled mind.
Resting means that you always trust Me to be working in your behalf for your good. That should give you perfect rest.
You can't get emotional and physical rest when your mind is worrying and fretting, troubled with all kinds of concerns. Worrying and fretting connote activity, negative mental activity.
Rest connotes periods of inactive mental activity accompanied by periods of restful positive imagery, the kind that builds you up rather than tearing you down. Faith in Me does that for you, gives you rest.
Jesus told you that He would give you rest when you are heavily burdened He promised to give you rest and He will through His Spirit of peace which he sent to live in you. When He said, "Let not your heart be troubled," He was telling you that you have the choice of whether to have a troubled mind or have a peaceful, faith-filled mind.
So I say to you again, "Let not your heart be troubled." Instead, think about the wonderful things I have done for you, remembering the great miracles I have done in your life. That will catapult you into faith again, leaving the troubles and worries behind you, having tread on them as lies.
Use your free will that I gave to you to reject worry, which is unbelief, and choose a peaceful, restful mind, which is the product of faith.
Love, God
