MERCY VERSUS SACRIFICE

Dear One, It is so much easier for you to refuse to obey evil promptings than it is for you to obey them and then suffer the consequences caused by the evil actions. It is easier to refuse the temptation to judge, to abuse, to be angry against, to retaliate, to demean others, to oppose others and to sow strife in situations than it is for you to have to pay the price for evil actions. There is no satisfaction for doing evil acts because of the results which occur in your life as a result of obeying evil temptations. There are always consequences to making good or evil choices. You are rewarded with good consequences or evil consequences. That is why I said that mercy is better than sacrifices, meaning that being merciful to everyone is better than having to sacrifice your peace of mind and your joy by being judgmental, critical and oppositional. Refusing to return evil done to you will result in your keeping peace with all men and keeping peace in your own life. Praying for and blessing the people who hurt you are spiritually productive actions because those choices cause My cloud of witnesses to continue to surround you and work good in your life. When you return evil for evil done to you, you cause My cloud of witnesses to be bound from pursuing your best interests because you have chosen evil over good. When you bless others, you receive blessings from My kingdom of love. When you curse others, you receive curses from the devil's kingdom of hatred and strife. Resisting the devil results in continued blessings in your life. I am always blessing you. It is up to you to choose good over evil and enjoy My abundant life. Love is always the perfect way. Love, God Deuteronomy 11:26-27; Deuteronomy 30:19-20; Matthew 5:44-48; Luke 6:28-36; Romans 12:14-18; James 3:8-18; I Corinthians 13:4-7; Hebrews 12:1-2; 12:25-29.
