Breaking out of old thought patterns is not as difficult as it might seem.
When old thought patterns are leading to slavery and bondage to fear or anger or hate, they are from the pits of hell. So every time the thought of entertaining those damaging thoughts comes to mind, remind yourself that it will lead to hell on earth with all of its awful slavery and bondage. Then make the choice of refusing hell and welcoming heaven into your life by changing to positive, encouraging, faith-filled, loving, forgiving, merciful thoughts. Thoughts of Me, My miraculous working in your life, My love for you and all men will all lift you from hell on earth to heaven on earth.
You would be foolish to always choose hateful, fearful, judgmental or angry thoughts, knowing that they will eventually lead you to experience hell in your life.
The life-line of good thoughts leads you to have heaven on earth.
"Whatsoever a man thinks in his heart, so is he. "
