KEYS OPEN LOCKS

Dear One,
You have found the key, the truth, the treasure behind doing good to those who spitefully use you, and turning the other cheek, and returning good for evil done to you.
I spoke these truths regarding emotional conflicts between people. When one person does an evil deed or says an evil word to you, the person takes that action to control you, or to show his control over the situation and over you emotionally and mentally.
When you do good deeds toward that person, serving that person with a gift or a compliment or in some way perform a good act toward him, then you actually regain your position of equality with him rather than being controlled by him. You bring yourself upward to an equal position rather than being in a dominated position, controlled by him.
You found that you were being controlled even after the person's spiteful act or deed or injurious word because your thought life was dominated by the unpleasantness of the situation. Then when you did a good deed, your thought life was cleansed and purified of that anger that came because you felt dominated, or put down. When you gave of yourself to the person, the result was that you were released from the control of the other person all because you forgave and extended a peace offering. Again you became equal in position, no one controlling the other one mentally or emotionally.
Now you know the secret of how and why it works to do good to those who spitefully use you. Practice it. It will always work for you.
You will experience unity with the person to whom you have extended peace, whether in word, attitude or deed.
That key is a powerful key to My kingdom. It involves many things, one of which is keeping peace with all men, which facilitates getting your prayers answered.
Such a simply key, but not an easy thing to do.
Taking the first step of offering a peace gift makes the rest of the steps easy. Step out in faith, knowing that gifts bring unity and unity brings peace.
Love, God
