"Borrowing Trouble"

Dear One,
Don’t borrow troubles and don’t participate in someone else’s trouble. Those troubles are sent to wear down the saints, delay your blessings and defeat you until you are down on the ground crawling among the lower, smelly elements of the world.
I put you on high, far, far above the place of degradation. Often you participate with the works of the devil by getting involved in conflict and strife. You might as well have participated in a drunken brawl because the results are the same, confusion, loss of blessings, defeat and mental exhaustion.
When I told you to avoid every appearance of evil I meant for you to avoid family conflicts, family fights, neighborhood disagreements, political wrangling, jealous thoughts, strife filled activities where people are biting and devouring each other. Those activities start out as a mere appearance of evil but escalate into full fledged wars.
When you mentally do such things you might as well have held up your hands in submission and fear like someone was holding a gun to your head while robbing you because that is exactly what has happened. You have been robbed. Somebody held you hostage and robbed you of your blessings by getting you emotionally involved in their self conceived conflicts.
Instead of continuing in the conflict, come up with Me high above the problem. I have prepared a resting place for you. We can flood everyone involved with My love. The Sabbath rest involves resting in peace while others are involved in battles. Remember that the battle is not yours. I’m equipped to settle every matter so that everyone wins when you give the matter to Me.
