My Dear Precious Child,
We talked about your battles being with demonic spirits in the spiritual atmosphere and they are not with people. (Ephesians 6:11-13) Fortunately, I have given to My children the armor to battle the demons and to win every battle. Any battle that you have lost always involves your surrendering to the enemy and being overcome by his destruction and death. If you correctly use My armor that I gave to you as My child, you win every battle. I said every battle and I mean every battle.
You know that the devil is god of the earth in the lives of everyone who is not born of My Holy Spirit and baptized in My Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ made that plain when He walked the earth and ministered by the power of My Holy Spirit in the lives of people, healing them of the diseases and sicknesses of the devil, casting out demons from people who were possessed and obsessed by demons, raising the dead and then being crucified for the sins of the whole world, going to hell for the whole world, being raised from the dead, coming to sit down with Me in My heaven, and then sending My Holy Spirit, who was the source of His power over evil, sending My Spirit into the earth to live inside of people who invite Me to be their Lord. In those people who receive the forgiveness of their sins by accepting Jesus Christ as their sacrifice for sins, and then receive My Holy Spirit as their guide, power source, counselor, advocate, revealer of truth and wisdom and strength, they have all the necessary power to win every battle against evil as long as they stay in communion with Me and My words.
In My Instruction Book I gave you several ways to defeat the devil and win battles. One way is to resist the devil's temptations and he will flee from you. If you battle him with your will and do not yield to his temptations, he will flee from you and go to someone who is more liable to yield so that the demon can win that battle. (James 4:7-8) Your ability to resist the devil depends upon your submitting yourself to Me, drawing close to Me and cleansing your own hands of any participation in the battle. When you are in communication with Me, you are empowered to resist the devil.
Another way to successfully win battles against the devil was demonstrated by Jesus Christ when He won a battle by quoting My words to the devil who tempted Him. Quoting My words in those instances are necessary when the devil questions My words in your mind. The devil asked Jesus if I really said certain truths, feeding doubt into His mind and now into your mind, and depending on doubt to cause you to yield to him. (Matthew 4:1-11) Jesus Christ was not fooled because My Holy Spirit also fed My words to Him that caused Him to resist the temptation and win the battle with the devil by speaking My words of power. In other words, when you speak My words of power to the devil, he is convinced that you know your power comes from Me and you defeat that demon who is tempting you.
Another way to win the battle with the devil is to cast his demons who tempt you into hell where they belong. In the parable of Jesus relating to My kingdom of heaven being evident in your life and comparing it to the weak power of the demonic kingdom, He said that you will cast the demons either tempting you or coming against you in another person or causing violent weather, casting those demons out of the earth and into hell. Jesus said that My angels will escort the demons that you have cast out of the earth into the flames of fire where there is gnashing of teeth. (Matthew 13:36-43)
That parable of Jesus Christ was a prophetic parable relating to the power that My children now have who are born of My Holy Spirit and baptized in My Holy Spirit. Jesus said that it would come at the end of the age of the Jews who were living at that time, that being the end of the old covenant and at the beginning of My new covenant of the Holy Spirit of Love. (Vine's Dictionary of New Testament Words) I did it first on the day of Pentecost and continue in the lives of everyone who is born of My Holy Spirit and baptized in My Holy Spirit.
You have the same power to defeat demons that Jesus Christ did. He had the power to cast them out of people but not send them to hell yet because he had not yet been to hell. After He rose from the dead He proclaimed that all authority over the heavens and earth had been given to Him. (Matthew 28:16-20) He gave that authority to you when you became born of My Holy Spirit and baptized in My Holy Spirit.The authority to cast demons into hell became the "greater works" that Jesus had prophesied that My children would do after My Holy Spirit came into their lives. (John 14:12-17)
You have already won the war because you were in Christ when He overcame the devil in hell. Your individual battles against the demons can each be won by you by your either using the lessons contained in the scriptures to refute the demon's temptations which question My words, or by resisting the demons after submitting yourself to Me, or by casting the demons who tempt you into hell or by speaking My scriptures to the demons who know that they are powerless against My words.
Make sure that you are strong in My armor: strong in the truth that you are endued with My power, that you are cleansed of your sins and that you are My righteousness in the earth, that you are at peace with everyone, that you know the scriptures so that you can refute the demon's erroneous quotations of scriptures, making sure that your mind is submitted to Me, and that you have the prayers of My Holy Spirit to use as your words as weapons against the demons. (Ephesians 14-17) He said when your armor is strong and in place, that you must pray at all times in the Holy Spirit on every possible occasion, that you should never get tired of staying awake to pray for all the saints and for the gospel to be spread.
You can win every battle against demons just like Jesus won the battle against their commander in chief, the devil. Your commander in chief, the God of the Universe, defeated the demons' commander in chief already and you need to defeat every demon who tempts you or comes against you.
Never make people your enemy, even though the devil uses them against you. Always remember that it is the demons behind any action against you who are sent to defeat you. Battle with them and you will win every battle with My words. Battle with people and you will lose the battle.
